:: This is a beautiful Victorian era antique landscape painting, most likely European, with absolutely amazing attention to detail. Though the piece goes unsigned, obviously the person who painted it was quite the artist! And it has a very dreamy, magical quality to it (is kind of the prelude to the Kinkade style of landscapes). This piece would stand out beautifully in a Victorian inspired space or a cottage-y home. Gold frame appears to be vintage as well but not quite as old, most likely vintage 1940's based on the framer's shop Boston tag. Condition notes: As you can see in the photographs, the frame shows wear and tear and the painting has one small hole in it. Frame measures 16.5" x 22.5" and the painting 11.5" x 17.5"
