:: Covered field in alternating inverted coloration medallions atop an open field. Wrapped by a pomegranate blossom main border with silk-like long stapled yarn for pile which remains. Colors and shades include: Turquoise, pale pink grapefruit, pale aubergine, ivory, ocean green blue, powder blue, and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Tatter to sides and ends. Two by three inch hard spot to one edge which is not cracking and appears to be some embedded starch. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1895-1910 vintage. Size measures 4'2" x 5'9".
