Main border in a reciprocating inverted Samovar Turtle design motif, buffered with geometric blossoms interconnected throughout with vinery. Colors and shades include: Ivory, powder blue, beige, sand, sky blue, pale coffee brown, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Light professional reduction to outer minor border on both ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mehrivan carpet made in Persia circa 1960's vintage.
