:: Highly unusual Karabagh design carried out in a Bijar weave featuring floral roses in great detail and intricate relief surrounded by Rococo stylized contoured cartouches with interior ocean view filled with shrimp and fish. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, navy blue, charcoal, wine red, mallard green, saffron yellow, coffee brown, ivory, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Tatter to sides and ends. Constituted of three fragments joined and professionally seamed to make one piece. Several holes to the outer border in addition to loss and tatter to all sides. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bijar rug made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 3'4" x 5'7".
