:: Single column oversized floral gul main medallions with interior geometric germinating plants, wrapped by a hook and latch relief enveloping the perimeter of each medallion atop an abrashed field. Inner and outer minor borders in a reciprocating wave design motif with great tone-on-tone and contrast throughout. Colors and shades include: Coffee brown, chocolate brown, ivory, beige, oxidized silver, pale coffee brown and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One or two minor areas of repair. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Kars carpet made in Turkey circa 1980's vintage. Size measures 6'4" x 10'.
