:: Diamond shaped scalloped contour center medallion with interior Herati design motif adorned at either end by floral top view finials on an open ground with corner spandrel overlays in a sharp serrated lightening style contour with Herati design interior motif found in inverted coloration to the main medallion. Main field in a reciprocal Samovar turtle design motif with continuous meandering vine and serrated leaf Herati style design elements. Colors and shades include: Pale camel, navy blue, sandalwood, oxidized silver, sand and more Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Tabriz carpet made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 8'4" x 11'2".
