:: Covered field in an expressive floral cross-section arabesque, checkered lily, and blossom design motif. Unusual proportions and scale in a hard to find size. Colors and shades include: Brick red, navy blue, beige, dusty gold, dusty teal, sky blue, sand, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Some areas of foundation and pile have been markered with pastels which appear to be colorfast and stable and may be found as areas showing with a more dull sheen to the pile, namely the brick red tones. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mahal carpet made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 9'1" x 17'5".
