:: Center medallion with finned floral details adorned at either end by trefoil contoured finials finished with ram's horn stylization atop an open field with germinating plants and wide banded main border with finned blossoms in geometric relief. Colors and shades include: Pink, antique ivory, chocolate brown, pale coffee brown, beige, and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Ends contoured to existing tatter secured with blanket stitch overcast. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Melas rug made in Turkey circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 3'3" x 4'9".
