:: Oversized concentric center medallion with large scale palmette finials in detailed serrated contour atop a covered field of germinating plants, arabesques, leaves, and buds. Colors and shades include: Faded cherry red, powder blue, pale denim blue, aqua blue, ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Light professional reduction to either outer minor border. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Karaja carpet made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 8'9" x 11'4".
