:: Oversized center medallion with trefoil scalloped contour atop a covered field of detailed floral blossoms, branches, palmettes, and curvilinear buds. Colors and shades include: Ivory, dusty powder blue, pale denim blue, sand, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Ahar carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 8'2" x 11'8".
