:: Dramatic oversized floral blossoms with elongated leaves in serrated contour, reminiscent of a Herati motif, with large scale formatting of blossoms and buds across the main field. Unusual coloration, scale, and general proportions for the type and age. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, powder blue, sapphire blue, pale blush, burgundy, oxidized copper green, jade green, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bibikabad rug made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'4" x 5'7".
