:: Single column serrated repeating diamond shaped medallions with interior inwardly directed arrowed blossoms. Wrapped by a wide banded main border in a dragon style design element inspired by carpets of centuries past. Colors and shades include: Dusty aubergine, dusty cochineal red, blush, dusty rose, antique ivory, cream, beige, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Melas rug made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 3'5" x 5'.
