:: Repeating lattice motif with inner paneled sharply serrated floral guls in primitive drawing, wrapped by inner and outer minor borders in reciprocating wave design motif, and inner main border, diminutive in scale, bearing crabs between the waves. Beautiful high luster wool with a silk-like appearance and feel. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, ruby red, wine red, sapphire blue, ivory, charcoal, ivory and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Belouch rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3' x 5'5".
