:: Diamond shaped center medallion with stepped contour and blossomed buds atop an open field with heavy abrash and wide banded main border in expressive floral design elements. Corner spandrels bear serpents! Colors and shades include: Pale gold, saffron yellow, charcoal, silver, oxidized silver and more. Condition notes: Regions of plush pile, knot heads, and isolated areas of foundation showing through. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'9" x 4'2".
