Pomegranate and scrolled serrated leaf plus boteh borders. Very unusual size and proportion. Colors and shades include: Ivory, cherry red, sapphire blue, mallard green, cream, powder blue and more. Condition notes: Mostly even short pile across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 8'6\" whereas the opposing measures 8'11\". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. An old paraffin\/wax stain on the reverse side of the carpet approximately the size of a baseball, not seen on the face of the carpet. Some wear to selvages.
