:: Quebec felt flag souvenir sewn, wool banner pennant antique / vintage circa 1920's, with gold / yellow block lettering atop a blue background. Lovely detail at the tip. Very nice condition perhaps showing hard creases, slight sun fade/oxidation, light staining, pin holes, slight loss to the tip, and/or missing felt ties.
