:: Single column interconnected diamond shaped medallions with Samovar stylized minor medallions atop a covered field of germinating plants and lattice orientation hexagonal panels featuring abrashes throughout. Main border in a serrated leaf design element. Unusual range of unique colors as well as abrashes therein. Colors and shades include: Dusty ruby red pink grapefruit, pale faded cochineal red, dusty sage green, madder root red rust, burgundy, aubergine, dusty jade green, chestnut rust, sky blue, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Tatter to ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug runner made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 5'6" x 12'3".
