:: Unusual pairing in design, found mostly in Persian rugs with Serbend Herati attribution. Allover covered field in a Herati design motif wrapped by a meandering vine border reciprocating pawn design interior and outer minor border with main border in a meandering vine Serbend boteh arabesque design motif. Colors and shades include: Cobalt blue, indigo blue, ivory, antique ivory, blush, dusty gold, and more. Condition notes: Wear across to foundation and knot heads. Tatter to sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian rug made in the Caucasus region circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'6" x 4'10".
