:: Concentric center medallions adorned at either end by minor finials of serrated palmettes filled with interior minor blossoms atop an abrashed field of interconnected vinery and scrolled leaves, floral cross sections and checkered buds. Main border in a serrated leaf and floral top view. Inner and outer minor borders in a minor blossom and meandering vine. Colors and shades include: Sandalwood, sky blue, ivory, sand, beige, powder blue, chocolate brown, pale coffee brown, pale copper, ivory, platinum and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. A few localized areas of expert repair. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Heriz carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 6'8" x 9'6".
