:: Center medallion with outwardly directed floral blossom cross sections adorned at both sides and ends by floral finials atop a covered field of intricate flowing scrolled arabesques. Corner spandrel overlays bear stepped contour and loose reciprocating contour to that of the medallion. Main border in a palmette design with meandering vine arabesque minor borders. Colors and shades include: Antique ivory, platinum, copper, terracotta, pale coffee brown, dusty blush, burgundy wine red, dusty olive green, silver and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bakhtiari carpet made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 7' x 9'7".
