:: Repeating center medallions in hexagonal forms with serrated lightening enveloped contour and interior shield design motif atop a covered field of serpents and birds scattered throughout. Colors and shades include: Sky blue, powder blue, brick red, ivory, jade green, dusty teal, beige, pale coffee brown, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Possible localized restorations throughout. Some slight tensions which will ease through use and enjoyment atop a pad. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Karaja rug runner made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'6" x 12'3".
