:: Repurposed vintage handwoven grain sacks assembled to create this large area rug. Finely woven in a dhurrie flatweave and professionally sewn together longitudinally. Super unique character and aesthetic! Very high quality cotton pile and cotton foundation. Pure white that's not attainable from a traditional wool carpet. Great durability and low maintenence. Sure to serve many years. Colors are bleached ivory with beige stripes with a hint of light coffee and silver with platinum colored stripes. Square carpet in this size is not easily found. With close inspection to the repurposed canvas bags that are used to assemble to carpet, you may note some insignias in a cross section flower design. Many years of enjoyment to come with this carpet! Recently professionally cleaned, ready for in-home use. This vintage 1970's vintage hand woven carpet was recently assembled in Turkey and measures 10' x 10'6".
