This oversize rug showcases seasonal contrast with design elements of repeating germinating gul motif. Colors are soft earth tones with a hint of mauve, silver/grey, ivory, happy rose undertone and softened beige. Very relaxed feel and look. Some areas of minor re-piling. Fully secure sides and ends. Even wear across to knot heads. Great unique, charming nuances of what one would want to find in a hand-made carpet. Full pile on this wool rug. Numerous scattered repairs and restoration throughout adding to the authentic vibe in a carpet of genuine vintage. Mostly in the spirit of the original rug.
