:: A fine and rich in color Persian Farahan Sarouk/fine Josan Sarouk vintage area rug circa 1900-1915. Amazingly stunning blues + seafoam like green-blue with the ultimate stand-out strength on this piece is its wonderful border colors, great contrast, and very proud character: a true handmade with no shame in a very irregular shape, and very strong abrash in the medallion (blue/green). Also quite hard a rug like this in almost completely intact original condition. So many nuances, a new favorite section every glance! This is the ultimate piece of art for the floor and is a truly antique handmade gem. Condition notes: Excellent wool, no loss to ends, in most all original condition, one minor area of wear to the face. The piece was recently professionally washed and overcast to secure for use. Measures in at perfect area rug size of 4'3.5" x 6'8".
