:: Covered field in dragon stylized leaves, large scale palmettes and wide banded main border in a turtle samovar design motif interconnected by thick vines. Colors and shades include: Ruby red grapefruit, madder root red, navy blue, sky blue, dusty aubergine, ivory and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Some localized threadbare areas around region of interior seaming and one or two dime size areas showing exposed hole and warps. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Malayer rug runner made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 4'4" x 9'10".
