:: Allover covered field with floral bouquets in staggered rows, suggesting implied movement with lattice orientation and rhythmic pattern. Main border similar to Khotan / Samarkand style rugs, with undulating features, waves, and wind, with overall hints of a European influence. Colors and shades include: Charcoal brown, bright but faded bubblegum pink, dark beige, pale chestnut brown, coffee brown, antique ivory, and silver. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Samarkand Khotan rug made in Uzbekistan circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 4'8" x 6'9".
