Classic Farahan Sarouk border in patterned alternating floral cross sections atop a dark navy ground. Fantastic size, unusual shades, and exceptionally soft wool in partially piled areas. Colors and shades include: Raspberry red, navy blue, blush, sapphire blue, sky blue, ivory and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across with areas of professional reweave and extensive restoration to one corner. Areas of light foundation showing through in isolated areas. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Farahan Sarouk carpet made in Persia circa 1910's vintage. Size measures 6'11" x 8'10".
