:: A very old Persian Karaja / Northwest Persian rug runner. Fantastic gold field beige field with many shades of teal, blue, madder red, rust, burgundy, and more. A very natural, very earthy feeling rug. Conservatively dating to 1900, although the carpet features technical characteristics which imply even older dating. Fair condition with age, tatter and wear. One corner shows etching from moth. Carpet is soft and supple across. Recently professionally cleaned and ready for use in home. Many years of enjoyment to come with this rug! Size measures approximately 3'3" x 10'8"
