:: Covered field of germinating plants bearing expressively contoured serrated leaves and uniquely drawn palmettes. Main border in a spiral arabesque design motif with partial Herati drawn double scrolled serrated leaves encompassing the central floral cross-section. Colors and shades include: Beige, sand, oxidized silver, pale coffee brown, pale terracotta, dusty copper, dusty gold, and a hint of faded magenta. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Lilihan carpet made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 9'1" x 10'9".
