:: Center medallion with interior pinwheel floral blossom and outwardly directed germinating plants adorned at either opposing end by minor buds atop a covered field of leaves. End spandrel overlays reciprocate the contour of the main medallion. Main border in a floral top view repeating throughout with alternating color fills. Super playful and charming. Colors and shades include: Bright brick red orange, dark aubergine, charcoal, seafoam green, copper, beige, and more. Condition notes: Areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple repairs in varying levels of expertise. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug made in Turkey circa 1970's vintage. Size measures 2'5" x 3'9".
