:: Hexagonal center medallion with serrated contour atop an open field of birds, blossoms, germinating plants, vines, and a crab style Herati inspired main border. Colors and shades include: Beige, coffee brown, chocolate brown, oxidized silver, silver, platinum, pale gold, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile and knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One localized area of heavier distressing showing as a discoloration to the main field on one side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 4'6" x 6'8".
