:: Triple center medallion with classic Karaja hook and latch main medallion and outer medallions in mirrored format with quatrefoil outwardly directed blossoms and germinating plants at each point atop a covered field of thin vines and main border in a pomegranate stylized top view starburst design motif. Colors and shades include: Cherry red, charcoal navy, gold, ivory, pink, dusty rose, and more. Condition notes: Areas of pile, knot heads and foundation. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Tatter to sides and ends. Two dogeared corners with minor loss to outer border. Original side cord selvages mostly intact. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Karaja rug made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 3'2" x 4'4".
