:: Single center primitive palmette atop a covered field of minor vase like vines with interior finned floral design elements and geometric blossoms stemming therefrom. Heavy abrash to one half of the main field. Colors and shades include: Pale raspberry red, pink, tangerine orange, ivory, silver, platinum, beige, sand, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One side measures slightly shorter than the other at 3' as opposed to 3'2", within normal margins for for the type and era. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak square rug made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 3'2" x 4'2".
