:: Pictorial design motif of a crouched lion atop a covered field of birds, small animals, germinating plants, all surrounded by a continuous vine of germinating blossoms atop a covered field of inwardly directed tree of life design motif. Minor lion style design elements found in the corner spandrels. Colors and shades include: Ivory, dusty sky blue, oxidized silver, coffee brown, dark chocolate brown, silver, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Qashqai rug made in Persia circa 1960's vintage. Size measures 4'5" x 6'.
