:: Covered field in a thousand flower design motif in unidirectional mapping. A great example of a pre-curser to one of the strongest running mid century design weavings. Colors and shades include: Ivory, pale cochineal red, powder blue, sapphire blue, sand, cream and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Loss of outer minor border to both ends. Minor light isolated oxidation. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Kerman rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 3' x 4'4".
