:: Allover Herati covered field with a trefoil scalloped center medallion. Heavy abrashes across. Corner spandrels loosely reciprocate the contour of the main medallion. Main border in a turtle Samovar and partial Herati design motif. Colors and shades include: Oxidized silver, charcoal, dusty teal blue, beige, sand, platinum, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Bijar carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 9'5" x 11'2".
