:: Allover covered Herati field with wide banded main border in a boteh and samovar / turtle design motif. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, tomato red, saffron yellow, sapphire blue, ivory, tangerine orange, aubergine and more. Condition notes: Even, short pile height across. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple areas of expert restoration. One end measures 3'6" whereas the opposing measures 3'9". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type, age, and size. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Kurdish Hamadan rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'9" x 5'10".
