:: Single column main field overlay enveloped outline wrapping stepped floral medallions, blossoms, botehs, and germinating plants within the main field with minor geometric medallions filling the neutral spaces on the ground with scattered serpents throughout. Wide banded main field overlay in a geometric floral gul with stepped outline. Colors and shades include: Navy blue, sapphire blue, strawberry red, raspberry red, burgundy, and more. Condition notes: Even wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Possible coloring applied to some of the red shades. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Northwest Persian rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage.
