:: Diamond shaped interior medallion with germinating henna plant design interior wrapped stepped outer medallion atop a covered field of botehs arranged in staggered rows and alternating direction. Inner and outer minor border in a reciprocating pawn design motif with main border in a meandering vine and blossom Serbend design. Colors and shades include: Ivory, platinum, dusty powder blue, terracotta, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Arak rug made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 3'3" x 5'.
