:: Allover covered field in a classic Safavid era inspired palmette design motif with partial lattice orientation in tandem with rows and columns of alternating palmettes. Colors and shades include: Antique ivory, dusty cream, dusty sapphire blue, dark chocolate brown, sand, beige, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. One end measures 10'6" whereas the opposing measures 11". This variation is within normal margins for hand knotted rugs of this type. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Tabriz carpet made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 11' x 15'9".
