:: Covered field of staggered columns of hook-and-latch relief medallions atop a period correct painted field with minor serrated scrolled leaves in Mahi style design rendering. Ribboned inner and outer minor borders of meandering vines. Colors and shades include: Pale raspberry red, dusty sky blue, dusty teal, navy blue, sapphire blue, burgundy wine red, dark camel, sand and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Both ends reduced to the main border. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Mehriban rug made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 2'8" x 4'6".
