:: Oversized center medallion with primitive simplistic outwardly bursting layered floral design element bearing checkered stemmed flowers an finials atop an open field. Corner spandrel overlays loosely reciprocate the contour of the main medallion each with lattice and trellis patterning. Awesome main border in randomly alternating color filled floral blossoms interconnected throughout. Colors and shades include: Dusty pale cinnabar red, ivory, beige, bronze, coffee brown and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. For processing purposes, this and other rugs of the type may have painted numbers on the reverse side. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Turkish Oushak rug runner made in Turkey circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 2'7" x 4'10".
