:: Very fine American Sarouk circa 1950 with rare ivory field and large ornate center medallion with floral sprays and bouquets. Wide range of tropical colors conducive to happy and upbeat decor to brighten any room. Quality of weave is rather fine, perhaps in the range of 200-225 knots per inch. Overall original condition, selvages, fringe knots and original pile exhibiting only slight blooming to the tips. Top 1/5th of carpet in the ivory field has a color change due to dye lot, from ivory to an antique ivory. Many years of enjoyment to come! Recently professionally cleaned, ready for in-home use! Size measures approximately 2'7" x 4'10".
