:: Single column center medallion interconnected throughout with classic geometric rams horn style inner medallion floating atop an aqua blue field, each with their own individual germinating tree as a central focal point. Classic southwest Persian design motif, comprised of playful pinwheel design motifs of floral splayed cross-sections and serpents scattered throughout. Main border in a randomly alternating color filled serrated leaf and running pattern. Colors and shades include: Chestnut brown, aqua blue, powder blue, sea foam green, oxidized copper green, chocolate brown, antique ivory, pale dusty gold / sand, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through Fully secured sides and ends. Minor areas of re-piling to the interior field, all professionally performed. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Qashqai rug runner made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'8" x 10'4".
