:: Unusual open field, possibly a natural camel hair blend, wrapped by a reciprocating pawn germinating plant design motif in large scale relief. Likely a Talish or West Anatolian carpet. Colors and shades include: Camel, deep madder root red, brick red, cherry red, saffron yellow, charcoal, dark chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Localized areas of restoration throughout. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Caucasian Caucasian rug runner made in the Caucasus region circa 1895-1910 vintage. Size measures 3'7" x 11'1".
