:: Oversized shield-like center medallion with interior floral palmettes in alternating pinwheel coloration adorned by double tiered finial atop a covered field of vines and blossoms with corner spandrel overlays reciprocating the contour of the main medallion. Abrashes across. Colors and shades include: Antique ivory, dusty rose, chocolate brown, coffee brown, beige, dusty cherry red, dusty blush, a hint of mauve, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with faint foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Some old minor etching to knot heads from since remedied moth nibbles. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Farahan Sarouk rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'4" x 4'11".
