:: Diamond shaped center medallion with a covered interior main field and corner spandrels in an allover Herati design motif. Main border in a meandering vine and boteh design element. Colors and shades include: Madder root red, sapphire blue, ivory, jade green, dusty rose, chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Tatter to ends. Thread bare on both sides. Minor loss to ends with no overcast. Some isolated areas of tinting and minor stains. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug made in Persia circa 1920's vintage. Size measures 3'5" x 6'1".
