:: Elongated lozenge shape main field in an allover covered Herati design motif wrapped by a boteh inner and outer minor border. Colors and shades include: Burgundy aubergine, navy blue, sky blue, dusty teal, mallard green, beige, sand, antique ivory, and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with hard isolated areas of foundation showing through. Mostly secure sides and ends. Multiple thread bare areas along both sides of selvage. One dog eared corner. A period correct painted rug. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug made in Persia circa 1930's vintage. Size measures 3'8" x 5'9".
