:: Single bat-like contoured minor medallion with oversize mirrored shadow medallions stemming therefrom atop a partial pinwheel and geometric Herati inspired main field design elements. Wrapped by floral blossom, serrated leaf, and meandering vine main border in wide banded contour with shrimp-like details. Colors and shades include: Dusty teal, dusty powder blue, pale dusty mauve, faded aubergine, slate blue, oxidized silver, coffee brown, dark chocolate brown, and more. Condition notes: Large areas of foundation showing through with wear across to knot heads. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Hamadan rug made in Persia circa 1950's vintage. Size measures 4'6" x 6'6".
