:: Triple center medallions in diamond shape format with interior scrolled leaves and central floral top view adorned at either side and end by palmette finials atop a covered field of blossoms and minor buds with abrashes across. Meandering minor borders. Colors and shades include: Charcoal, madder root red, chestnut rust, burgundy wine red, olive green, ivory, dusty teal blue and more. Condition notes: Mostly even wear across to knot heads with small isolated areas of foundation showing through. Most of the original side cord selvages are intact or restored. Fully secured sides and ends. Multiple repairs in varying degrees of expertise. Light reduction to both end minor borders. Recently professionally cleaned ready for in-home use! Many years of enjoyment to come with this hand knotted Persian Malayer rug made in Persia circa 1940's vintage. Size measures 4'1" x 6'9".
